Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to the service or a specific launch timeline. Waitlist position is informational and may be adjusted based on various factors including sign-up date, industry relevance, and engagement.

Early access invitations are issued at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.

Full user accounts are a planned future feature. When available, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The FreshAngles service, including all content angles, insights, algorithms, and materials generated by or through the platform, is the intellectual property of FreshAngles.ai.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the angles and insights delivered to you for your personal and professional content creation purposes.

FreshAngles.ai is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall FreshAngles be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
